I found the managing director very rude and ignorant, I travelled from Kent to buy a mirror, and when there he told us he could of delivered it to a place in Tunbridge Wells, seemed helpful. I called a few weeks later to place another order and asked if he would deliver to Tunbridge Wells and he was so damn rude it was shocking. Would never use them again, manners cost nothing.
