It has been a real pleasure learning TM with Nicholas. I started due to illness and have only been meditating for a couple of weeks so far but it has totally changed my life! I’ve been practicing Transcendental Meditation (TM) since the 9th of November 2019 and it’s the best investment I’ve ever made in my life. It got rid of my anxiety within a week!! I quickly achieved feelings of inner peace, calmness, focus, confidence and strength. I always believed in the power and strength of stillness but needed guidance from a teacher. Having a good teacher is important and I feel so lucky to have had Nicolas as mine. Nicolas has a very calm, warm, welcoming and relaxed way about him, I guess you could see him as great example of what practising TM over many years can do. I would recommend checking the centre out in Bournemouth, It is a peaceful place and I felt relaxed from the moment I stepped in. The teaching is very informative and delivered very well at a good pace. People usually say I’m a calm person but TM has taken me to another level of achieving inner peace and wellness then ever before. Great environment to learn a simple and powerful meditation technique. Nicholas is a fantastic teacher. I've personally had great results from practicing the TM technique daily and recommend it highly.
