You really cant say a negative thing about the manger of this shore. Mike is a very knowledgeable and extremely helpful man. He like to encourage people into the hobby, but never pushy. You can see he wants people to join at their own pace to stick and remain in the hobby. It can be very overwhelming to a new person to the hobby and he nurtures them in the right way. Well done to GW for hiring him. The store also has a great selection of item. Mike is also happy to get things in as quickly as possible if its not in store. You cant fault this store.

My sons paint/play warhammer and this is always a nice place to visit. The manager is very kind and always helpful when my sons have questions or need help painting etc. He is always very polite and upbeat, nothing is ever too much trouble. The store is always tidy and very organised. And the other customers are always very friendly and accommodating.

Easily one the best Games Workshops I've ever visited, I was in Bournemouth for a course for 3 weeks and wanted to learn the tabletop game, friendly staff and other gamers! Couldn't have asked for more! Will be visiting when I'm in town again!
Really helpful staff. Lots of selection. For beginners its worth going to the shop rather than buying online just for the help.
