Terrible terrible opens at 10am apparently and I waited 30 mins and it still wasn't open.
What's the point of opening times, even on the door, if they make up their own closing times!
I went in personally and they faxed two letters and copies of a ticket to head office. Initially I was told they wouldnt help me with the issue due to thier policy. I basically showed the guy what to do and went through the process with him to get communication established. The office has lost 2 sets of documentation since. At least head office have. Second time I went in he did what I asked! Still no reply to e mails. They never answer the phone too! Not impressed! Hope head office sort it out! Ive not heard from them yet!
This bus driver called stephen pain: 13:14pm(102). He said to me & my uncle we could'nt show are buses without a scooter pass, is that true or not true. Cause my uncle is in 2nd class scooter.

Forgot my hand bag on number 1 bus, got it next day, the staff are very nice and friendly. Even though I called the lost prop number no one answered, in general I’m really happy with the service.
Since migrating to a "better" online system it never works. Try to call the Travel shop and they never pick up. When you email you have to wait a week for a response. You therefore have to keep going down to the travel shop to buy top ups that used to be a 5 minute task...
