After a horrific experience from south Birmingham i decided to come to Liverpool and have never felt so comfortable in all my life, staff couldn’t do enough and extremely nice and friendly which i believe makes all the difference unlike other branch (Birmingham) would highley recommend this clinic! Staff are amazing :)

Please rethink getting an abortion. I have lost my unborn child this year because of the mothers vanity. Never was I told of any of this. Please, there are other places willing to help. The greatest gift you will ever receive is a child, and the greatest gift you can give, is life to a child. It will stay with your conscience for the rest of your life. Please for the sake of the child and you, look into alternatives. My world has been completely turned upside down and never have I felt so sick in my life knowing that that child has had their life ended because of the convenience of the mother. But I know, if she went through with it, then that would be the greatest decision of her life and what she would be most grateful for. Please, you may be scared, worried about what to do and how it will work out but I promise, when you look into the eyes of your child, you will be so thankful!!

nikki the midwife in bpas sefton park was amazing. she made me feel so welcome and her support was unreal . she was so kind and loving. the staff in this centre were really loving and comforting towards me also. you are not just a number here , they actually deal with you how you should be dealt with. the reassurance and guidance was amazing. i would always recommend this centre to anybody. thank you for making me feel so much better. having the option to have the consultation over the phone to save you going to 20 appointments before the procedure and also the option to abort at home is so much easier for you , and being at home is the best is the best place you want to be when going through this. so thankyou for making me feel at ease .

The staff are the best you could wish for, doing a difficult job in difficult circumstances for their clients. We are so lucky that we have this service in this country. Heartfelt thanks to all of the wonderful staff that attended to my daughter. After care and adice also excellent.

Upset and disappointed - I went here 6 years ago when I was 15. I was there for over 8 hours waiting. Then they were quick to rush me out once I had woken up. I went again to have a consultation 5 weeks ago. My partner and I waited maybe an hour to be seen to in the waiting room. The woman was nice. After that we waited FOUR hours. Closing time for the clinic comes around. The woman is checking everywhere turning the lights off etc. To see my partner and I stil lsat their waiting! She was very apologetic and nice. But that still wasn’t the point. We arrived at 12. Didn’t leave until nearly 7! All I went for was a scan and what would be best for me. I am beyond posed off at this clinic. Appealing! I HIGHLY recommend the Chester clinic. The day I got my operation I was there probably 3 hours. The ladies were amazing and supportive. And it’s a much better environment! The Liverpool clinic was depressing and boring. The Chester clinic was relaxing and a nice environment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE TO ANYWAY. Both my experiences weren’t good
