Bought some mixed paint had some good help from a male assistant with some good advice. I asked for a female assistant to help me which she did but made me feel like I was taking up her time as she seemed in a bit of a hurry. When I went to the check out everything was fine although it would be nice if the assistant said please when asking for payment however he did go on to say thank you at the end. The store seems very clean tidy well equipped

Love B & Q but really disappointed in pots selection this time, almost nothing there and no bbq in stock either. Back to online but great store.

Very unhelpful staff. Item in stock but can’t be bothered to find it. Can’t do business? Will shop elsewhere. Staff member said will look for it but may take ‘couple of hours’? Going for lunch in the meantime?
