An easy to locate very accommodating storage facility with very relaxed but helpful staff. The main facility is well populated with informational wall messages just in case you haven't had time to read all of the information that is sent to you. Social distancing is encouraged at the moment and again there is lots of information about what to do where, when and how. Even if you decide, after you start using the facility that your chosen unit is too small it's absolutely no hassle to the staff and simplicity for you as they will check the site map and move direct you to a larger unit close to your old one. Access at present is tied to business hours due to the pandemic but it is still 7 days a week and you can still apply for 24 hrs access as the site has already been set up to accommodate such use. Couldn't be easier.

Access self storage Bracknell are very helpful ,efficient and friendly .The building is very clean and we are really happy with our unit. It's so easy plenty of parking and at a good price. Nothing to complain about would highly recommend them.

I enquired about booking storage space at this facility and received excellent customer care from Steffi and James. Originally, the first three months were offered at half price, but they increased it to the first four when I explained my moving situation. Plenty of storage space, good security measures in place and contents insurance provided at a reasonable price all added up to make this my first choice for storage in Bracknell.
