I went in to see if the microphone in my Samsung could be fixed as had been told by Vodafone it was broken and I needed a new phone! I received excellent, friendly service from Matthew who said it just needed a good clean. He took his time cleaning it out and explaining why it wasn't working. 16.10.2018 OK. So since i had the phone back, the back cover has almost completely come off and is now broken. From my little analysis, the replacement i got doesnt look like its original. My battery power just drops anyhow. it can drop from 100% to 20%! Looks like the battery is swelling. I have had the phone (Samsung s7 edge for 2years now, never had a problem with it untill the screen broke and I brought it here for repairs. I wonder what they did to it but the phone is now a mess! i will attach pictures. I wont come to any harsh conclusions very quickly but I will be weary of this place, unless they can give an explanation to all this mess. (All of these was barely a week later) Absolutely amazing. Very impressed with their quick service. Will definatly recommend. Was served by Hamzi ! Brilliant team. Thanks guys (this was my previous review on the day phone was quick as the service was quick)

Smashed Samsung s20 screen. Muhammed was very easy to talk too and sorted it within an hour. Was a bit more expensive than I had hoped but hopefully I will be getting what I paid for and got a 12month warranty. After having the screen over a month now I can confirm it is great.
