Donna Sidebotham

No effort to do anything to let customer know if thier medication is not available. I understand manufacturing is not thier fault but allowing a week to pass and not letting you know so you can arrange anything else is wrong. Only excuse is being too busy.... Not ok!

As a regular visitor, I have waited in long queues,had to chase prescriptions. Whilst this sounds negative I want to say a massive thankyou to Pauline at the counter, on several occasions now she has been wonderful at trying to raise my husband's spirits. He has been hit by wave after wave of illness and at present is at a very low point. Thankyou Pauline and hope your remission continues on a positive note.

How incredibly insensitive to let a mom and a baby wait for an hour between 14-15 because the staff is lunching! There's no note on a lunch break causing a closure on they website, and it must be possible to plan around to avoid rejecting customers!
