Beautiful place for a walk. A pond where you can feed ducks. There are two parks I saw for kids to enjoy (was perfect for my 2 year old). There are toilets and a cafe on site but both currently closed due to covid I presume. Great wooded area as well as a paved area so fine for prams/scooters/bikes. Great open field so more than enough room to run around and play. A fantastic place to go for a walk and take the kids and the parking is free which is always an added bonus!

Nice big open space for picnics, flying kites, playing football, dog exercising. Beautiful place to sit and watch the sunset. A nice man made lake with ducks and a couple of resident swans around. The park itself is small of a walk, you can go around the park for more or less than 30 minutes.

Very nice walk. A few mothers and babies in groups not social distancing but otherwise all good.

I simply adore South Hill Park, which was my local venue for many years. There is the arts centre, a cafe, cinema, theatre, park with recreation, lawns for picnics and TV for sport. In fact, there's something for everyone. The bijou cinema shows non-mainstream films and foreign movies; right up my street. You can get annual membership which entitles you to discounts from cinema screenings and theatre tickets.
