Waste of space. Daughter had something stuck at the back of her throat and they refused to see her saying she had to go to A&E. A&E sent her to minor injuries so they should have been able to deal with it. Never had a good experience here, bring back minor injuries at Ascot.

Always had a great experience with staff. Nurses especially amazing. I prefer this centre to my doctors surgery. Great you can get a coffee. If you very poorly, i personally think they see you quick. I went with my son on Tuesday 18th and we where in and out in 30 mins. Great place.

I decided to go to Brants Bridge instead of going to Frimley Park Hospital . I'm glad that i did because i was back home in ️ two & a half hours, for as I'm glad that i did, because i was going to Frimley Park Hospital , where i have been known to be there upto six 6⃣ hours at a time. I found Brants Bridge very clean, pleasant staff with a helpful ️ if needed. There is also disabled parking , café, local bus service that runs nearby the medical Centre. A medical that is shared by Frimley Park Hospital , that i feel is worth every penny instead of going to Frimley Park Hospital unless you seriously have to.

I read the reviews before I attended and I hesitated, but I was desperate so I thought maybe just maybe the service would be different. When you attend the Urgent Care Centre there is a clear lack of proper signage advising what desk to go to, the two women on the reception desk was miserable, rude and unhelpful. The systems was down so had to fill out paper forms. The place has a horrible atmosphere and could do with some nice music to lighten the mood. I was called after 15 minutes to see the triage nurse who clearly was trying to make a political statement by the (EU flag) colour in her hair, which i found quite unprofessional. She seemed ok for the first few minutes and just snapped when you disagreed with her. She would not allow me to see a doctor and couldn't wait to get me out the building. From someone suffering with severe depression and explaining i could not get a doctors appointment for 3 weeks and it was the weekend she just was not bothered. The pharmacists in the local area are terrible, non are trained to prescribe and the doctors locally cannot cope with the demand. Clearly whoever is in charge of the Urgent Care Centre are simply not bothered, the reviews are ignored and nobody cares anymore. This place needs urgent changes.

Terrible medical care. Nurse refused to give me an appointment after triage. Phoned 111 and had to refused an ambulance they were so concerned. Truly indifferent medical care received. 111 were great and very helpful. Stark contrast from the triage nurse.

We've been here multiple times for our little boy. The service has been absolutely fantastic every time. The staff were both professional and friendly.
