Lifesavers, I love what they are doing in the hospital saving lives and stopping the spread of covid but I would recommend for them to recruit more staff!

Nice location, close the the local gem Of Bradford, the Lynfield Mount. Called their booking line 111 before arriving and waited 3 hours in the reception to be allocated a room. Recommended to the staff that they should invest in a pool table and probably a TV to help time pass whilst waiting. Vending machines are very limited in selection and sometimes don’t work. The security is a little slack, I’ve seen all sorts of people walk in and out. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend visiting here. Might try trafalgar house next time. Even though the coffees taste like p*ss, the nurse will see you quicker.
BRI you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your staff on the wards are excellent but your discharge procedures are a joke. Waiting over 6 hours for tablets to arrive from the pharmacy and still no sign. Would have been quicker to have got the script and picked them up at my own chemist. Ward staff tremendous pressure at the moment and it isnt helped by lots of people hanging around waiting for tablets Either change your procedures, employ more staff or get a better system for discharge. Total joke. If I could have given less than 1 star for this i would. Will review the care taken by the surgeons and ward staff separately as they have all been superb
Spent a number of hours here whilst waiting for organ retrieval. The Security staff were exceptional thank you for sorting things out for me. Staff were courteous and whilst I was aware they were tired they still went the extra mile. I completed 10k steps walking up and down the corridors. The reception area of the Main Entrance is like what you would see at an airport lounge. Thank you Lyndsey Sykes!!!
