Staff were very polite and friendly. We loved the fact that we did not feel pressured and could take our time. We also enjoyed that we could take the car for a test drive on our own and try it on the drive. We could not fault how we were treated.

Dealt with Liam at Hyundai Bradford who helped me out massively, initially went for a look at the cars, having driven an i40 in America and liked that car, when I arrived I started looking at the SUVs as a family car would have been the best option now having a family, explained the differences in models and features, ended up putting my car seat in a Tucson and going for a test drive, fell in love with the car as it has everything I would need but wasn't too sure financially where I stood buying a new car, went home to think about it and I phoned back the next day, went to discuss options with Liam, went through everything in detail there and then and weighed it all up, purchase of the car then done with ease, nice smooth transaction, arranged when to pick the car up as it was being valeted, came to collect the car, the volume control on the steering wheel was playing up and this was mentioned to Liam, he then arranged for the car to be booked in and sorted with no problems at all, really fast turn around for the volume sorting also on the service teams part, also dealt with another member of the team when collecting the car which I didn't catch his name, all members of the team that I spoke to were professional in their approach and helpful in all manners, couldn't have asked for a better service
Absolutely Amazing!! Went in to sort a car for notability with a very strict criteria (I can be difficult I know!) The patience, understanding and advice that Lewis and Dan showed was utterly incredible! So very honest and down to earth and made what would usually be a traumatic experience for me, very enjoyable! Excellent customer service that was above and beyond and a lively cup of coffee too! I won't be going anywhere else for a car again!
The dealership lost my log book, so when it was time to tax the vehicle I couldn't. Repeated phone calls over a ten months to get and still took them three weeks after the tax had run out for my replacement log book to arrive. DVLA informed as car had to be sorn, which left me without a vehicle. This car was sold to me on a PCP and when I collected the vehicle the PCP monthly payment had gone up..... Customer service is slow and of poor quality, not impressed at all. All further servicing is now done through another dealership, not car2. They will never have another penny off me. Avoid at all cost.
Lewis Robinson is a gent,good old fashioned customer service. Have placed an order, staff very polite and knowledgeable and down to earth. Refreshments provided and made to feel welcome. Always enjoy my visit and coffee is epic. Will be sending business their way and recommending them and commend the manager and his team. A credit to Bradford.
