We love how this place has reinvented itself during the pandemic as a takeaway experience. We tried the burger menu and we just tried the new curry menu which we have to say was truly authentic, original and packed with flavour. The service is always amazing with the quality of ingredients being used is next to none. This is a great addition to the local bradford scene. I cannot wait until we can experience the full sit down meal with Cona.

Excellent venue - well presented and prepared food my first time coming after lockdown with my one of my old friends
Everything and more! We saw this on insta and it didn't disappoint. We came for our sisters birthday great takeaway and service. The owner looked after us and the food was outstanding. We will be back again
After much anticipation, we finally treated ourselves during this lockdown to the much hyped Cona curry night meal. I would keenly admire every post on Cona's Instagram page wanting to try every thing they made but never came round to it as I felt it would be something I would save for a special night. When the time came, it was the curry menu we decided to opt for (as mentioned before) and much to my disappointment the whole meal was underwhelming. From the burnt vegetable samosa, to the undercooked and carcinogenic tasting naan. The meal cost 35 and had it been a pleasant meal overall that 35 would have been justified and reasonable. The meal contained 2 veg samosa starters, daal makani and butter chicken curries accompanied by cumin rice and garlic chilli and coriander naan and catchumber salad. Firstly the starter was 2 overdone greasy vegetables samosas which were nothing special, something you could have got from Morrisons cold food starters. The supposidily garlic chili and coriander naan had no chili or coriander, it did however taste of garlic and had a burnt taste to it, not something you would expect from a restaurant of Cona standard. It tasted like it was made on a skillet rather than in a traditional tandoori oven robbing it off that typical fluffy naan texture. The chicken makani was tasty, mildly spiced and was the best part of the meal. The daal makani lacked seasoning didn't taste like it had a 'tarka' done to it which could have taken it to another level. All in all, was anticlimactic as the owner is Asian I thought he would completely blow this meal out of the park, which unfortunately wasn't the case. I think they should reconsider they're prices because that quality isn't reflected in the food I believe it is more Instagram worthy than enjoyable.
