Part Ex'd my old car for my new One. Everything went fabulously. It was all handled quickly and efficiently. Car has been great as well. Great dealership and having visited a few times and bought a few cars over the years, it's good to see them constantly looking after existing customers. Would be 5 stars but a few small niggles with the car which have been addressed and will be sorted out, so expect the review to be updated.

Emailed multiple times asking to arrange a test drive. No reply. Exceptionally poor to receive no reply to multiple emails. Seems like one cannot even buy a car in these mysterious times.

Have had my car serviced here for the last three years. Today when I got the printed complete service history report they had added that they had repaired body work damage on it. Seeing as it only went in for a MOT and an oil service this was a blatant lie. So now my full service history says that the car has had damage repaired. Great job guys - nice way to reduce the value of my vehicle. Having said that, it's a nice tidy dealership and they generally seem to know what they are talking about. I just won't be going back again... Responding to the reply below: What it says on the complete record is "The body repair work was performed by us professionally according to the specifications of SKODA AUTO a.s. We confirm that the affected section of the body is still covered under the terms of the bodywork warranty against rust perforation". How does that match up with it being a routine inspection? Come on - this is a joke.

Great service, kept up to date all the way through the sales process. From raising an enquiry online to having some options presented to me via phone call took around an hour. I purchased a Leon Cupra from the York branch which they brough over to Bradford so I could test drive and the car was ready to go the same day. The covid measures in place at the dealership were also fantastic. Will definitely use again in future!
