The coach turned up in good time, was spotless and comfortable. Our driver was unflappable despite real traffic problems around Headingley, with closed roads and almost standing traffic. He reassured us that he would get us to our destination and he did, returning again in good time to take us home. We had a brilliant evening and would not hesitate to use Falcon Travel again to get us to and from our venue.

I initially chose Falcon as it was the cheapest company by far. After booking I read some of the reviews and started to panic as I had entrusted this company with making the start and end of a holiday for extended family an enjoyable experience; something that they accomplished with ease. The mini bus was of a high standard and the staff pleasant, helpful and professional. I would use Falcon again but this time without concern.

Cannot believe what I've just seen. Falcon coach on way to York races pulled up at petrol station. Let people off to smoke next to the bus... Next to the storage tanks that clearly states \highly flammable area\ sat in the coach next to them. Highly dangerous and irresponsible of them all. Driver should have parked elsewhere.
