I called the taxi company at 22:06 to book a taxi they said it would take 7 minutes to come at 22:07 exactly 52 seconds I called to cancel as my sister had come to drop me off. The operator was being very rude saying he’s going to block list me eventhough it was a genuine mistake. I’ve used this taxi company for years especially in my high school days however because of the rude service that I got today it has put me off. The guy was shouting on the call. And was very unprofessional I get it was probably frustrating however this was not right how he dealt with the situation. Heaton Taxi pls employ staff with good customer service.
Worst taxi DO NOT USE. Used them would ring taxi at 7am and ask for the taxi to arrive for 7.30am and the taxi would arrive at 8am and 10 past 8 getting me late. This has happened many times to me and the taxi base would lie when I ring in ask where the taxi is. would be told that i didn't come out when the taxi never came. would ot recommend. The taxi operator man is soo rude doesn't have good customer skills and closes the phone on me.
Absolute disgrace. Heaton waste of space. All the people who work for this firm needs arresting and publicity shamed. •I wanted to give half a star they don’t deserve any. •The drivers are all arrogant fools who all seem to be having wife problems. (Don’t take this out on the customers) • The operators act and sound like complete idiots. (No customer respect whatsoever) • I would suggest using other taxi firms. Iv been using heaton taxis for a long time now. The drivers have always arrived on time to pick me up. I book my taxi in advance too and the driver will always be their before i even arrive. Reliable service.... freindly drivers.... highly recommended..... good priced fares unlike other Bradford Taxi company’s.
