I have never had a problem visiting or making a appointment. Of course there is queuing, but I don't mind that. But the staff are helpful and kind, and that's why I give 5 stars Treat people to the way you like to be treated.

This has to be one of the worst examples of an advisory service that I've ever encountered. My enquiry was on behalf of a mental health service user in housing crisis. Officious and high handed, absolutely no understanding of serious mental health conditions, entirely lacking compassion. Appalling.

Not the best, gave me no advice on what to do, I'm on verge of eviction and hoped they might give some possible relocation possibilities. Also ignored and un ticked my request for support.
