La Redoute UK launched in July 1995. We are French in origin, different , modern and stylish but affordable. We have been very lucky to have worked with many famous and well respected designers since our launch in the UK from Yves Saint-Laurent in 1996, Stella McCartney in 2000 through to present day with Jeanne Damas, Sézane, Polder and Brigitte Bardot, as well as having International Brands and our Own Labels. We have two main collections per year – Spring-Summer and Autumn-Winter Our HQ is based in Bradford where there are around 80 of us based working in a number of different teams from Marketing or IT through to Finance or Account Management. Table great, La Redoute not so much I’m afraid. Table arrived after weeks and weeks of waiting. When ordered this was not disclosed and only once I logged into account did it state item delayed for 2 weeks. This turned into 3 weeks, then 1 week but eventually took more like 10. Expectations not managed as the updates seemed inaccurate and changed daily. Now the table has arrived, it’s lovely. Such good quality, easy to assemble and great value for money. Well worth the wait although reluctant to shop with La Redoute again.

Ordered a bed frame. It took ages to arrive, and one third of the parts were missing and never turned up. The pieces that we did recieve were terrible quality (glue patches, screws sticking out etc...). Phoned up to return the item, and was left on hold for a total of 90 minutes. Once collected we phoned to check when the refund would happen and were told they had no record of the return. No communication about when the refund had taken place.

1,5 year I tried to find a perfect table that I finally found here. Unfortunately I did not received it. Transport company and La Redoute did not contact me that they can not find the address that is regularly on google maps. Moreover there were no mentions about the problem in the system of logistic company. Finally table is going back to La Redoute. This table is not on web site. So it is almost not possible that I will be on time on web site to order it again. I am without my dream table again and person in call center can not help me.

Item on website - high quality brand; item that arrived - cheapo useless non-branded. This is called 'substitution fraud' and is illegal.

why the rush

Ordered 4 curtains and when they came 2 were cream and 2 were white. Despite being the same item on the labels. Then when I returned them the refund didn't include postage. I feel ripped off. My first order and Wont be using them again.
