Took my Mazda 6 for an MOT test for the last 2 years. Generally happy with that side. But asked them to investigate a problem with excessive fuel consumption. They charged me 80 for 10 minutes of investigation work. Said they couldn't find a problem. Next day, engine warning light came on, telling me to "take to dealer immediately". Called Mazda at least 4 times over the next few days, leaving voicemails each time. No one from service department bothered to call me back. I then visited in person. Was assured by guy in the showroom someone would call me, no one did. Even got a courtesy email from service manager asking about my experience, inviting me to call or email. Replied with a detailed email 5 days ago. Again, no email no phonecall. If there's no money involved, they just don't care...

Excellent service. Initially car I was interested in was sold but salesman said he'd take my name and get back to me if they found something similar or sale fell through. Disappointed as I've heard this before never to hear from garage i started searching elsewhere. I then had a call back from the sales manager saying sale had fallen through and if I was interested he'd arrange a cover friendly test drive. When I arrived car was immaculate and had sticker on window stating when it had been disinfected. Test drive was long and I followed salesman who took me on a mixed driving route. Paperwork was quick and easy with no hard sell of extra products. Pickup of vehicle went smoothly. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
