I’ve tried to get in touch with this bakery several times regarding prices and information on products for our new sandwich bar but I’ve come to the conclusion they must not want our business! I’m appalled by the rude, miserable and unhelpful staff on the phones! absolutely no way to speak to potential customers.. Was told today the reason why we haven’t received a price list for our new business was because ‘the previous owners left owing them money and my boss won’t supply that place’. I’m sorry but how is that our fault?! Even with direct debit agreement still no! Never have I been spoken to in this manner buy a bakery or any supplier! The woman told me ‘i could collect from them, but they were not willing to deliver to us’ I offered to come in to speak to them and collect a product list and was told ‘you’ll have to come tomorrow we are busy today’.so I give up! On the other hand we’ve had a lovely sample dropped off today by Bakewell bakery. With very short notice as well! It was delicious, reasonably priced and very friendly helpful staff. I would definitely recommend trying bakewell! Or any other bakery apart from this unprofessional, rude establishment!
