After being auto locked out with a lever pad from the previous owner Marc agreed to come around and replace the handle as well as let us in. I ended up letting myself in before he could be on his way, when I called he was lovely about the loss of a job; I asked for him to come anyway and remove the lever pad mechanism for a standard handle, and while he was here he gave me tips, adjusted my front door without being asked because it had decided to drop, and also looked at a few other things for me. The end result was a very reasonable price and a positive end to a challenging day. Thank you Marc!
