Just got my car back from the garage the other day as had to take it in for a battery issue and there was a water leak in the boot and it had blown my amp. Sammy was the lady that looked after me and sorted everything out for me and I couldn't have asked for any better. She kept me updated regularly with my car, was honest and professional and very easy to talk to, let me know when extra problems were found and also sorted that out for me and was easily available to talk to in case I had any questions or queries. I really hope this gets back to her and I just want to say thank you so much to her for taking care of everything for me and I couldn't be more appreciative! Thank you!!

Bought 6 vehicles from this dealer and recommended many people to use the service centre and sent people to purchase cars and never had a problem with the sales team. Gaff has always been great. Had a service done yesterday, work carried out in good time no problems, Samantha kept me updated throughout the day and sorted pretty much all the problems with the car. The vehicle was given a quick wash and vac. So no problems at all. Was very busy at the dealership so was a 10-15 minute wait before getting a service advisor through but all well. Asked for an Auto courtesy car, was provided with that so all good.

Very helpful and professional since beginning, from buying the car to servicing. I've been yesterday to pick up my car as I cracked my front bumper, looks like new, I'm amazed with the great work they've done on it. Me and my partner have had the most pleasant experience in buying our car. This dealership and all staff are welcoming, friendly and not pushy at all, which is an experience I've had at other car dealerships. Massive shout-out to Filip, who could not do any more for us. He spend 4 hours with us, let us test drive 2 cars and helped us narrow down what we wanted. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and he even remembered how we liked our tea (very important!!) Cannot recommend him and this dealership enough. Filip is an asset to the team. We're now proud Toyota owners and will be coming back to this Toyota dealership for years to come.
