I had a fantastic experience with Sharpes. Jess was very helpful and was in touch during the entire process. I was nervous about selling at an auction and was worried about under selling my property. I had tried to sell it a year before with a traditional estate agent but it took a long time and in the end the buyer failed to get a mortgage. The auction was much quicker and didn't have to worry about mortgage applications and surveys. In the end, Sharpe managed to sell the house at a higher price than I had with the estate agents and was completed in 28 days. I am very happy with that. Thanks Jess & Dean.
I sold via this auctioneer and from making first contact they were professional, flexible and worked at pace. The first buyer could not complete but I felt supported and was always kept up to date. They found another buyer with no fuss and even before the next auction date. With all the facts available to me, I was able to choose a cash buyer for a smooth sale and so am very happy to have completed today without any complications.
