I have been using Switalski Solicitors for over 10 years now due to wanting to gain contact arrangements for my children. This is an incredibly long period of time to work with a solicitor! My main contact has been with Razia Jogi who is the Director/Partner of their Family Department. I have found Razia to be very professional, understanding, caring, sympathetic and reassuring throughout the 10 years I have known her. Although i have been a paying client throughout those 10 years, she has been fair and considerate on her charges. Whenever i have been to court, it is quite clear that the Judges have a lot of respect for Razia which has brought further credibility to my cases. She has always represented my interests to the best of her ability. I would and have recommended Razia and Switalskis to other people in my situation. Overall Switalskis did a poor job. They allowed my case to drag on for over a year and in the end were out performed by a junior legal aid solicitor. When asked why they hadn't acted to expedite my case a senior partner told me that their hands were tied and there was nothing they could do. We went into court ten minutes later and the judge asked the same question and said she was disappointed that the Switalskis hadn't acted with 'more gusto'. Not only did Switalskis fail to act, on this occasion the barrister was quite prepared to lie to my face about her lack of action. These people are not cheap. Your money is better spent somewhere else on solicitors who want to support you and act in a timely manner to project your best interests.
