Literally went there this morning for the first and was told to go to the counter. I was met by an exceptionally friendly lady who helped be get my 15kg butane gas and advised me that I would save 10% if I did click and collect.. I don’t usually write reviews but, she made my day.. A star service...

Really good buying experience here with Paul. Had a few issues with the BBQ we purchased afterwards (and nearly a year of use) and they bent over backwards to rectify. I can't recommend T&S more highly.
Great prices with really helpful and welcoming staff. Julie helped colour coordinate what balloons would go well together for a colleagues leaving do, gave me great advice on what options were available and made it convenient for me to pick them up on the day.
