Absolutely fantastic . Ordered a custom sized glass shelf for use as a cake stand and could not be happier with both the product and service provided by Futureglass. Quality is spot on and delivery was super fast. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience all round with the team at Futureglass. I was a little nervous over ordering replacement panels for my daughters dressing table as the cost usually outweighs the repair. Not on this occasion !! The quality was exceptional / delivery superb / packaging outstanding (considering it was 4mm glass mirrors ) arrived in perfect condition. After I repaired the unit you couldn't tell a difference between the original manufacturers panel and the replacement panel received from Futureglass. First class service , first class product . Nothing more to add !!!

Wow! 5 stars doesn't really tell the story of the quality of service and product from this company and its team. I ordered a hifi rack because it seemed to offer what I was looking for .. hifi quality stability with an innovative solution to hide unsightly cabling. I had a question about the cable management so I phoned the company; there was no useless "chatbot" here and no hanging on for ever listening to never-ending hold music, just a phone answered promptly and courteously and my question was answered immediately. I therefore placed my order and the goods came a week or so later via TNT. Unfortunately a minor bit of damage occurred somewhere along the line so I wrote an email to let Futureglass know, and although I thought I could do a make-do-and-mend fix myself I wanted to know what they thought. Within 20 minutes I received a phone call and a solution was offered which was way above what I expected and at significantly more cost and hassle to themselves. They thought my solution may work but they didn't feel confident that it met their high standards. Outstanding. I can honestly say it's many years since I've seen service like this from any company in any sector. And, of course, the hifi rack looks beautiful. Futureglass and its people are highly recommended.

I purchased some GEM Spike Cups to go under HiFi racks as I was moving house and needed to protect the wood flooring. I had ordered 8 black & 3 Silver at around 4 pm online and was impressed when Gareth rang a few minutes afterwards just to clarify that I hadn't made a mistake. I happened to mention I was moving house in 3 working days & wondered if they offered a next day delivery option as this was not on the website when I placed the order. Gareth went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service, he said leave it with me and I will try to get to the post office before they shut. He emailed me back at 4:30 to a say he'd made it with a pic of the shipping receipt. When I said I would settle up the extra small amount of postage, Gareth suggested that a review would suffice as I had already paid some postage, So hear's the review ! I would definitely recommend Futureglass based on my experience they genuinely care about looking after their customers.

Had a 14 year old AV rack from them. Unit is still for sale and they offer individual shelves to make the unit extensible. Advice and support (from the MD) was excellent and the packaging they used to ship the shelf was innovative and ensured its safe arrival. Even the delivery driver commented upon it. The unit was dissembled and reassembled quite easily and the new shelf and legs are indistinguishable from the original. This makes it a very cost effective solution if like me, you suffer from gear acquisition syndrome. It's not often you find a company that has such great customer and product support. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
