Stuart and team were brilliant in helping us to remedy a damp problem on our lime-plaster walls in our grade 2 listed cottage. We needed the walls replastered with a heritage approved lime mix, to remedy the sand-cement mix that had been wrongly applied some time in the past, by previous owners. The walls look beautiful now. Their communication was super, we only found them to be fair and polite. Stuart's expertise could not be faulted and he was ever obliging, even to the point of responding quickly when we had questions afterwards. Will definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend. Please note, these guys are busy (and it's obvious why), but they are worth waiting for!!

They visited our home to look at a lime plastering job. One month later, and even after chasing it, we have still not received the promised quote for the work. This means that they either don’t have the skills needed to produce the desired finish, or that they don’t want the job. Either way, the decent thing is to say so upfront!! Appalling customer service, following hard on the heels of a previous “lime plaster specialist”, who proposed to miss an agreed start date by a month.
