Very professional place I am very grateful for help my cat has received from Millennium Veterinary. After so many diagnoses I have found dr Stefan and the treatment he has chosen works very well. Dr Stefan always has got time for his patients on the phone or in person, answers any question, explain everything properly. Big thank you!

I personally prefer Robin to treat my pug Teddy. We saw Robin on Friday, he quickly gave us a diagnoses and treatment. Today (Monday) Teddy is so much better and getting his appetite back although at the moment it’s sausages and steak! I can’t thank Robin enough. A little while ago he treated Teddy for an eye problem. The treatment he prescribed worked like a miracle. I always find this practice most accommodating and friendly but most of all the brilliant treatment we get from Robin. Thank you. .

Well where do you start with this vets ! Rude pretentious staff (always have been pre covid) expensive treatments eg advocate 62 x 6 online 22 went recently was charged an extra fee for just quickly checking something on our dog that you would hope would be free like asking a tyre place to just check if the tread is OK on your tyre they happily have a quick look but don't charge you, then I get home find a Covid charge tucked away on our emailed receipt phone to question about it told being added on to everyone's bill to pay for their gloves masks etc like I don't pay them enough already in fees ! And no one let us know it was on there, I understand they want to keep staff safe but going there at the moment seems like there's an ebola outbreak not covid reception in portacabin looked like a scene from a disaster movie was a tad over the top I thought anyway on that note time for a vet change their reviews on here plus our one don't make great reading quite a few unhappy people, perhaps they would be wise to read some occasionally and maybe implement some changes.

We would never ever use Millennium vets practice ever again. We brought our cockatiel Alfie in to have his beak trimmed. What should have been a normal procedure turned into an absolute nightmare for us but more so for Alfie. The vet who carried out the procedure told my Husband that Alfie had had a slight mishap and had broken his bottom beak on the clippers and his wound had to be cauterized but he should be better in a couple of days. Alfie was offered no pain relief despite the fact that the wound, including his chest, looked really bad. Two days later my husband and I took him back and asked for him to be checked and given some pain relief. The female vet brought him back out to us and plonked him and his cage on the ground. Gave us the pain liquid pain killer and said they could do nothing else for him, and said good luck with that. There was no advice given and at no time did anyone inform us that Alfie had completely lost his lower beak, therefore he would be unable to feed himself and it would never grow back. We tried to feed him using a syringe and giving him his pain killer. He did not show any signs of improving. We then rang round various vets and ended up taking him to Colchester. Despite the vet and staff best efforts to care for him sadly Alfie passed away. Why couldn’t the vet at Millennium be totally honest with us and why did they not offer to keep him in. How dare they do this to him and then tell us to just get on with it. I would advise anyone to be very cautious about using this practice as there is no after care. If I could put no stars I would..

Our cat Smudge had major surgery by Lindsey for a life threatening illness, she was diagnosed and treated very quickly saving her. Many thanks to the professionalism of all the staff at the practice.
