Aboslout joke of a place they try get you out the door quicker than you came in with a prescription in your hand no real interest in helping people twice got told I had an infection turns out I have cancer a year later if the right procedures had have been taken sooner maybe I wouldn't now be facing having my whole kidney removed

Hard working doctors and nurses. A shame Reception staff rarely answer the phone or take their job seriously. They are consistently rude, if not than obnoxious and I have been hung up on multiple times after waiting in telephone queue without speaking. And essential medication prescription not processed on time.

I have been a patient at Mount chambers surgery for 20 years. I can always get an appointment on the day with perseverance ( this is no different to all other GP practices) Like all surgeries at 8am, the phone lines will be busy, so just be prepared to keep redialing and you will get through. Cannot fault any of the GP's I have seen over the years and all the staff are friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

A shambles of a doctors women on the phone sound like they have just found out there other half is pumping the bird next door that and they was educated by micky mouse they must hire any old thing these days would stay clear of this cess pitt and look for another surgery

No continuity,no one has taken responsibility of dealing with my wife who had been in chronic pain for over 2 months,we paid for MRI and Ct scans,pain management consultant,hemologist,to get to the bottom of the problem,no confidence at all.Appreciate corona virus has taken its toll but this is just ridiculous.
