I bought from EIC using a Wowcher code and received a Phillips speaker that was faulty. I phoned them, as I was near, and was phoned back promptly and offered a replacement or a refund. I chose the refund and popped it into them.A helpful chap called Dan said it may take a few days because of the Wowcher factor. I happened to look at Paypal the next day and it had been refunded. Like all companies, it's when it goes wrong that you judge them and this was very good after sales service. Would deal with this company anytime.
