MORE OF A BUTCHER THAN A DENTIST. Save your money. for a dental practice that boasts about high level experience & top quality customer care on it’s website, i did not expect my young sister to return from her appointment 100x worse than the state she went in. no treatment was carried out other than the brutal excessive force that Dr Sarler used to only ‘have a look’. he gave her antibiotics without actually telling her she had an infection, patronised & bullied her to tears & to top it off when my mother asked to make a complaint, she was outright told ‘no’. He had no intentions of trying to help & didnt even have the decency to be a polite nor at all helpful human being. Maybe the practice owner or manager should have an update with all staff on patient care & manners. ESPECIALLY when charging for private services! should be ashamed! If being kind or having some compassion is too hard to do, maybe you should reconsider the industry you’ve chosen to work in. not even deserving of 1 star.

I do not recommend . I went. with a chipped tooth. The dentist H.Smith repairs it but he has crushed it from the very top. I called a complaint. I was on a visit today, the dentist said he would fix the tooth for 250 when I said I wouldn't pay because he broke it, he told me to find another dentist

This place is the best dental practice I have been registered at ... I am a very nervous person when going to the dentist but Dr Salem was amazing would recommend to all family and friends after recieving 5* treatment
