Well hidden. Gem. Not much there but a few flint walls and an empty moat. 18th century ice house too. It's just a peaceful place lovely trees. Great for a picnic in the summer.

Weeting Castle is an interesting place to visit, very close to a beautifully set Saxon round tower church. it is a good idea to do the Weeting village history walk which you can find details of on the village green. This includes a Saxon pub! You can also walk further to Grimes Graves a 4000 year old flint mine down some very quiet public footpaths. I will be going back to utilise the pubs facilities!
Worth a look around, lovely views and good place to visit.
Nice castle ruins. Well preserved. Free parking and a nice church next door.
I enjoyed seeing the piece of history. It was just a short walk from my house and really enjoyed it with my pups!
