I visited for a Bariatric meeting last year and heard nothing in the last 4 months and neither has my GP - called numerous times and asked for the relevant dept or team to contact me but to no avail. Spoke with a 'receptionist' today and to say she was rude is an understatement - saying she is helping and does not know the phone system - was on hold for 13 minutes and then cut off and then got through again and cut off and then again - when asking for a manager was told it is not her fault and gave me the mobile number of the manager wrong and when questioning the number said oh yes it is this number - disgusted with the way I have been treated in person and over the phone -
