Yet another great rspb reserve this one's a lovely little woodland setting with some lovely wildlife and great views. It is set on quite a steep hill with quite a climb to the top . But still a great past to pass a couple of hours
I've been coming here since a child & it still doesn't loose it's beautiful magic! Lovely walk up over the old 'fort & back round'. Pathways are well maintained. The spring & chapel ruins are also well looked after. Good for all ages. Lots of plants, trees & wild life to see. Beautiful place which holds lots of fond memories.
