I have been there for a waxing hair removal from shoulder and arms, I can just say one of the worst experience of my life. The lady who was in charge of that was not a beginner,she literally had no clue at all of what she was doing,she took 45 minutes to do 10-15 minutes of job,the job was not done properly and on top of that they had the courage to ask me to pay 35 for that “torture”!!! I smiled,paid, left and never back again! Very very bad! Unprofessional and sly staff, I think no more words need P.S. no pdq machine! Cash or bank transaction only.

they did a lovely job with my hair!!! with a good price and such lovely sweet personalities. it gets 4 stars not 5 as the location and venue are not particularly posh so some people may not be interested. also it is located above a money transfer kiosk and not everyone speaks English so that will put off some potential customers. I'm not too concerned about whether it looks like a luxury spa inside the salon- only concerned about the quality of hair care. .. and that was actually top notch! a must for a good blow dry

Omg! Amazing! I have fine mixed race curly / frizzy hair and I've had my hair done at afro Caribbean salons and European hair salons and I can officially say this Brazilian salon is the way forward for me. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Everyone was absolutely lovely, customers included. I could tell there were many regulars in there. Every person leaving had amazing glossy and well cut and styles hair. I personally needed colour, treatment, cut, blow dry & styling. They knew how to treat my type of hair. They suggest a cut keeping in mind my natural curly hair how I wear it day to day. I left there with exceptional styles hair and will definitely be going back. Slept in my hair twice and its still looking super sexy.
