While system is very good there are some areas which need adjusting or changed so it can be used over a wider range of work places. For instance why can't sickness be recorded in the same way as holiday ie you put in the actual number of sick days regardless of the Shift Pattern ? At the moment this can not be done as as a consequence effects the Bradford Score which can have serious effect on performance pay, bonuses and appraisals. I have asked for this to be looked at over a year ago and nothing has changed. Breath needs to respond to these issues if they really want to provide a first class service!

breatheHR has been a godsend, thank you. As a small charity wallowing in paperwork, breatheHR has allowed us to migrate everything safely into the cloud. Uploading staff data was a breeze and worked flawlessly; updating records has been very straightforward; the layout and structure is intuitive, simple and really attractive and the help menus fantastic. Online chat/support has been first rate, and all of this has come at the walloping price of zilch (charity rate). Would totally recommend. A massive thank you!
