Ignorant rude staff, went in to buy a packet of fags and the guy behind the counter completely ignored me even though i was standing in front of him, he was doing something on his mobile phone, so I walked out but thought "No I am a customer" and went back in and challenged him about ignoring me, he just got stroppy and called the police, pathetic moron!!!
