Booked service and MOT for my KIA Sorento on line which was very convenient and well quoted. On the day I arrived as early as possible and was well taken care of by customer service. The facility is very modern and was very clean and the COVID safety was at high standard. The waiting area was spacious and we were a few waiting for our cars. Good Wi-fi connection and charging possibilities at every table making it very convenient to work while you wait. I was well informed by the customer advisor about the progress of the service and MOT. I was also asked about to do some additional work on the car that had showed up (change of break pads) also well quoted. When the service and MOT and the additional work was done I got all the documents and had to wait a little while longer for the included wash inside and out. The car looked really good but the boot was not vacuumed/cleaned which was a minor minus. Other than that I’m very satisfied with the whole experience and the visit was also followed by a short video sent to me of the technician showing the car underneath and a short walkthrough of the tires and suspension. I can definitely recommend this branch and will return when it’s time for service next time.

I would like to share my experience about Kia Motors UK dealership GWR Kia on 06/02 my car got serviced. Part of service included car wash that i had never asked for. when i got my car back, i clearly see, it had been wiped and scratched. I went back to Kia, they offered another wash. When i pointed out on scratches clearly made from sand and cloth, manager Russel said, they would take can back for polishing entire car, that we agreed about. They took car for polishing on 13/02. when i had received car back, i did see, that just small spot of car had been polished and new damage have appeared. (When taken to expert, he said, it could have been from some solvent or polishing machine placed on boot, while still spinning) When I get manager Russel to see car again and asked to see place where car was polished, by hoping there would be some cameras he said, he can not allow me to see body shop, or talk to person who polished car, (He admitted damage was not there when he looked at the car before polishing) but he said he would take car back to body shop again. I gave them another chance to fix issue. Car was taken back for polishing on 20/02, some sort of polish work had been done, but damage on the boot was there. when asked about it, i was told, Russel have not approved damage repair. (i had some scratches on car before, so not all scratches on photos done by @Kia, but it clearly made car much worse and additional damage occurred. I give them 2 chances to get things right. If you mess up - TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! EDITED: GWRKIA ONLY CONTACTED ME, AFTER REVIEW HAD BEEN POSTED. BEFORE THAT, THEY DID NOT AUTHORISED TO REPAIR THEYR OWN DAMAGE!
