Having waited 20 minutes in a nearby cafe for the owner to return to his shop, I was then greeted with an unprofessional refusal to sell me glass, as the owner wanted to leave again immediately. Being conveniently local to me, I thought I would ignore the previous day's selfishness and I tried once again to buy the six panes of glass I needed for my garden shed. When I returned I my knowledge of the cost of glass tested, because the owner wanted to charge four times more than it should be. I therefore immediately went to Brentwood Glass (who are honest and courteous) to buy at the proper price. This is my honest account of my experience. Make your own judgement.
