Used for child matters. I was not made aware of what the final costs would be. I did receive their terms, but was not familiar with this situation and felt I was not guided well. Contact was limited and I was left with a large bill. I didn't feel a great deal of repore and felt in the dark along my journey. For anyone who is not totally familiar with these processes and the cost they incur please make sure you ask your solicitor for breakdowns and what price to expect as you may be hit with a huge bill that you may not expect.
