Great, family run yard. Always a warm welcome from the friendly team. Boats always turned out spotless and very reliable. Boats to suit anyone.
We had our holiday here this year. The staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The boat we stayed in was lovely. Plenty of storage, drove well, bathrooms were good. Boat felt cosy, a home from home. Can't wait to come back! ️
Second year renting from Bridgecraft and both holidays have been amazing. Brooklyn Bridge last year and Richmond Bridge this year were both fantastic boats with everything you need (home from home). The staff at Bridgecraft are very helpful and knowledgeable and will ensure you're well prepared before leaving. Thank-you!
Little gem of a boat yard, family run and very friendly. With great customer service! Their fleet is very well maintained i have used them twice and will, again.
Extremely helpful staff who cannot do enough for you, every question we asked was answered, everything we asked for was provided without question and with a smile. Very dog friendly (more so than most other boat yards) and you are provided everything you could possibly need & shown everything you need to know about the boat including the driving before they leave you to it. Handover at the end was a breeze and completely painless, we're so happy that we've already booked up for next year. Lastly, I've seen a couple of comments about the age of the boats on offer, every one of the older boats we looked at was perfectly functional, safe and clean, however they also have a fleet of newer vessels should the age be an issue to you, and there are plenty of photos to look at on the Hoseasons booking website.
We had a great time on the London Bridge boat. The family run yard are very warm and welcoming and we fully recommend booking your Broads hols with this yard.
