Definitely wouldn't recommend them as a company. Hired a car for a few days, returned it, it was checked over and the guy said everything was fine. Over 2 weeks later I receive an email saying I damaged the car and they're going to take 100 from my bank. They can't even provide me with time and date stamped photos of the car, and in the pictures they sent the car is in a different position from where I returned it. Cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this company. I won't be returning again, and I will keep fighting to dispute this damage.

Terrible customer service and highly incompetent staff. A calamity of errors, mistakes, and inaccuracies by the staff at this branch have defrauded us of money. In the lead up to Christmas amidst a pandemic, where even a small sum can make a huge difference for a family; it's more important for this organisation to cover up the mistakes of its ineffective staff at the cost to its customers, than to admit its errors. I'd sooner hitchhike barefooted than visit this inept branch again.

Excellent service. Our car had a fault with the alternator so the AA arranged a courtesy vehicle through Enterprise as part of our policy. The young gentleman at Enterprise was very helpful and pre warned me that as it was a weekend they didn't have many cars available and it was likely I'd have a smaller car. Arrived and car was clean and ready to go. Hyundai i10 is a great little car indeed! On the day of return I explained i may need a lift back and this was arranged with no quibbles at all. The female colleague who drove me home was friendly and kind enough to drop me at the garage to collect my car. Thanks for a great experience.
