’P’ shaped conservatory roof conversion with roof tiles, full insulation, plastered ceiling with Velux windows and lights. From initial survey through to completion I could not fault anything. The job was done exactly as agreed and the finished product is brilliant! I Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Akin’s communication was excellent and his teams of highly skilled workers were very punctual, hardworking and professional to the highest standards. Having researched widely for the best system for a full sold roof upgrade of my conservatory, I am pleased that I eventually found Akin and this local Nottingham company. Unprofessional …made an enquiry a large car port to be fitted in Leicester. Rude person rang to say that they are not fitting in Leicester due to coronavirus due to outbreak in Leicester. This was in October and restriction was lifted in Leicester back in July. The mannerism and way in this uneducated/misinformed person said it implied that Leicester had an outbreak of the bubonic plague, even had the nerve to cut the phone off….. Ive taken my business elsewhere and all the other 4 companies I have contacted in the Midlands are happy to visit and quote…… My suggestion Bridgford is to brush up on your customer service and educate yourself…
