I have been appalled by the poor customer service. I ordered over 500 of items from this company, having been impressed with their website. Unfortunately they had the wrong billing information so instead of contacting me to check this to enable the order to be processed, they simply cancelled the order. When I contacted them to try and get to the bottom of it and provide the information they needed, calls and emails where not returned. I have wasted 10 days with this company and will now not have the items in time for the event I needed them for.

It has to be said that using this company for all my workwear requirements for the last 2 years has been nothing but a pleasure. Very well priced, quality garments with amazing service. I use their polos and jackets mostly but the attention to detail on the embroidery is amazing and each job is checked before it goes into production to avoid any mistakes.
