A great and easy process from start to finish, booked online for my mot . A friendly and warm place and easy to find and sufficient parking. I will definitely be going back again as it was my first time there, was recommended by a friend and I was so pleased with the service they give. Didn't feel inferior and felt I could trust them. Great staff, welcoming and an all over brilliant experience. Great prices and excellent service!

I have always had my MOT done at Halfords Bridgwater and they have looked after me very well. On this occasion it was during the COVID 19 lockdown and I could have postponed the test through the government test extension scheme, but instead chose to keep the vehicles test up to date. Most impressed. I was able to get a service and MOT booked at short notice. All the work was completed on time, and they rang me to tell me the cost of extra parts and again when the work was complete. All the Covid-19 precautions were taken in reception. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Very helpful and polite staff. Gave me good deal for new tyres. One comment, if you could try not to touch the upholstery with dirty hands, that would be much appreciated. Other than that great!
