Had my chain repaired here and they did an absolutely fantastic job on it. I will definitely be going again for any other repair work I need on my jewellery and to see the basset hound in the window.

What excellent service from this small Bridgwater jewellers. I took in a ring to be made smaller and was extremely pleased with the beautiful quality finish and the price. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs any jewellery, (they have a lovely selection of well loved second hand and new pieces in store), or if you need any alterations to any rings, chains or other jewellery.
I recently had my friend's silver ring repaired here. I experienced a great, friendly, fast and excellent service. I could not see where the ring had been repaired & my friend actually thought it was a brand new ring! very reasonably priced and a much faster service than the other jewellery repair services in the area that I contacted beforehand. I throughly recommend this shop for repairs and they had a very nice and extensive selection of jewellery for sale too.
I have bought a few pieces of jewellery, had a few repairs, and have had a piece made for me. (Have a piece being made made for me at the moment). Couldn't wish for better service, polite, friendly and professional. If you want bespoke, this is this is place to come.
Used Kemps 3/4 times now for repairs to a necklace. The last time having to return after 2 months as recently replaced part broke again. No bother. No quibble. It was done under warranty. Always met with a smile and good old fashioned service.
