Always a lovely coffee and snacks or sandwiches on offer, and the cakes are amazing!! Kids play area is gorgeous. With ample parking and grassy area for football, we always stay far too long here!!!

Had a spot of lunch at The Midas cafe. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and social distancing observed. Family and child friendly with a great outdoor space safe for children. The food was really reasonably priced and great quality and presentation!

I've eaten lunch at the Midas Coffee Lounge on several occasions as it's convenient for me - I live nearby and often walk along the canal. If you do the canal walk in Bridgwater, it's a perfect place to pause your journey and pop in for coffee, a panini, ploughman's lunch, soup etc. The food is really good quality and the coffee is genuinely superb. I don't have small children so have not used their play area, but every time I've been there that seems to be the main attraction. Ideal if you have small children and want a safe, quiet place to let them play while you have a coffee and bite to eat. The place is brand new and only been open for a week or so, so it's clear they are still developing it and have a few finishing touches to do, but I'm sure they'll be sorted. Really nice, friendly staff by the way! Thanks Midas - really great to see a venue like this in Bridgwater!

Nice clean venue. Amazing food and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. The play area is new and fresh and great for a good range of ages. My kids loved it.
