Attempted to book a viewing for my daughter who has some disabilities. 6 months bank statements and no GDPR justification to hold her information, just to view a flat? Ullyots aren't estate agents, they're surveyors which means they aren't even answerable to the estate agents ombudsman. Shocking communication skills from the telephone answering person. We will look elsewhere and steer clear of this company. No point in making a formal complaint as if they can disregard data protection law their own internal complaints system probably consists of a waste bin and no response. How much money do you lose a year? In response to you being unaware of my daughters disabilities. You were very aware, we explained her disability benefits in payment when arranging a previous viewing. On that occasion we needed to rearrange and clearly were given 2 different stories by 2 staff. You have no need to assess affordability at the viewing stage only their identity. Surely you cannot justify that practice and whilst you claim to adhere to GDPR we have been offered no reassurance on that matter. Strongly advising anyone considering using ullyots to be prepared to jump through hoops of fire, bare your soul and share all of your personal banking details. Obviously lacking in integrity what a poor show, shame on you. Furthermore I appreciate your invitation to discuss this but won't spend any more time on ullyots and your inconsistent policies and strategies. As a company that claims to offer insurance services, you should also be registered with the FCA? If not you could receive a hefty fine. The FCA are very keen on GDPR matters.

A lovely place, with really helpful people, who've very patiently helped me with many annoying questions, and helped me find the right house, after lots of hunting around. Thank you so much, everyone! Jon S.
