Excellent service from the chap in the shop. Left us when we needed time but always there when we had questions. No sales spiel. Excellent. Dropping one star for the fitters. Lovely chaps, but weren't wearing masks which I'd rather they did and no hand gel to be see. Also didn't vacuum up after as we were told they would (they said to leave it 30mins for the adhesive to dry - not a big deal in the grand scheme, but if this is the case then marketing material shouldn't say they hoover up after themselves).

I honestly don't know why this store bothers with opening when the only staff member there is not knowledgeable and doesn't show any interest in customers' needs and does not even attempt to make any effort to sell anything. I have been to this store in Brierley Hill on several occasions and not once got what I wanted. I always find myself travelling the extra miles to Birmingham where staff are more welcoming and are actually doing their job. Management could do better with selecting their staff and monitoring their performance.
Visited on 23rd November 2018 I had a quote from the Erdington branch and was seeing if I could get a better deal. The manager spoke to us and went through some carpets with us and we got a much better deal. He looked very busy with paper work but took the time to talk to us and even spoke with the carpet fitter to squeeze us in to make a start on 2 bedrooms as we need our whole house fitted. Excellent service couldn’t thank them enough. Will definitely be recommending and going back again
